The "TK-TB20KN" is a molding data recording device that incorporates load and length measurement sensors into various parts of a digital control single-stroke compression molding machine. It samples changes in data during molding at high speed and displays the results in real time. All operations, including setting tablet compression conditions, operation settings, starting the operation, and data recording/display, are centralized for control via a computer. The adoption of a recipe system eliminates the need to reset tablet compression conditions during retesting.
